Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
At Dira by Dimple, every saree is thoughtfully handpainted and crafted with care. Due to the handmade and often made-to-order nature of our products, we follow a limited return and exchange policy.
Returns

❌ We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as personal preference, dislike, or change of mind.

❌ Customised, handpainted, or made-to-order items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
Exchanges (Only in Specific Cases)
Exchanges are accepted only if:

A wrong product has been delivered, or
-
There is a manufacturing defect
Conditions for Exchange:

An uncut opening video is mandatory.

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Requests raised after 24 hours will not be accepted.
Sale Items

Products purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges (if approved) are allowed only once.

Alternatively, a store credit/coupon code may be issued at our discretion.
Important Notes

Slight variations in color, texture, or brushwork are natural due to the handcrafted process and screen differences, and are not considered defects.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed only after quality inspection.
