Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

At Dira by Dimple, every saree is thoughtfully handpainted and crafted with care. Due to the handmade and often made-to-order nature of our products, we follow a limited return and exchange policy.

Returns

  • ❌ We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as personal preference, dislike, or change of mind.

  • ❌ Customised, handpainted, or made-to-order items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges (Only in Specific Cases)

Exchanges are accepted only if:

  • A wrong product has been delivered, or

  • There is a manufacturing defect

Conditions for Exchange:

  • An uncut opening video is mandatory.

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Requests raised after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Sale Items

  • Products purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Exchanges (if approved) are allowed only once.

  • Alternatively, a store credit/coupon code may be issued at our discretion.

Important Notes

  • Slight variations in color, texture, or brushwork are natural due to the handcrafted process and screen differences, and are not considered defects.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed only after quality inspection.
