Can you tell me how I can starch and iron this saree? It is very very delicate so I wanted to stiffen it a bit.

Good-Morning!
As Chiffon is a delicate fabric it is advised to get the 'Charak' done to get that required stiffness. The 'Charak/Starch is done by any dry-cleaners. If you wish to Iron the saree at home, please Iron very low heat setting on the backside of the painted side.
